New hand stamped Indonesian batik fabric. This is loose fabric unsewn can be used as sarong. Can be sewn as shirt or dress. Suitable as DIY batik wall art hanging or tapestry. Fabric is 100 % cotton. This batik is traditionally made in Java, Indonesia. Raw hem, unsewn.

Patterns: Burung Cokroaminoto (peacock bird) - means welfare, responsibility, goodwill, humanity and trust. A pair of peacocks also symbolizes faith, protection, love and peace.

Washing Instructions:

  • Wash separately from other clothes
  • Wash with cold water, do not use warm/hot water
  • Use soft detergent, and we suggest to wash it with hands
  • Use medium heat when ironing 

Being made in tropical Indonesia means that most of batik fabrics are light, best suited for warm weather or temperate climate but for more accurate details you can ask me before your purchase, so we can align the expectation.
